Virtual Concorde

Fancy making a few savings on some top-quality games, but can’t because you have the sheer despicable temerity to live outside the USA? Fear not, gentle and impoverished viewer. Podgamer has some spare tickets for a quick Virtual Concorde flight across the Atlantic, where you can pick up some EA favourites that for some reason they don’t want to sell you as cheaply as your American cousins.

(In fairness, EA sometimes do Europe-only sales too, but I don’t recall ever seeing R-Type at 59p on this side of the pond. Also, the US version of Scrabble is different to the Euro one – possibly very different – so if you prefer their style or you’re just an obsessive Scrabble completist, get on board our supersonic pretend jet before the weekend’s out.)

Is Wolfenstein RPG any good?
I really like both Wolfenstein RPG and Doom 2 RPG, yes. I think they’re fantastic solutions to the problem of FPS controls on a handheld with no physical buttons.
